Sept of the Open Hand

An urban Sept centered around a Caern located in Cyprus City. Currently recovering from a particularly costly victory.

The Caern

The Cyprus City Caern is located in a lot in Old Town containing the partially completed shell of a tall building. The entire lot is now completely overgrown with underbrush, ivy, and trees, with one large cypress tree growing through the absent roof of the building itself. Despite this the ground floor is largely completed, including utilities.
