Kent Whittington is the co-founder of Underground Puppeteers, which ran from September 13, 1996 to 1998. Kent accepted the title of "Head Narrator for Life" (alas, that was not meant to be) and conducted staff meetings in his home every week. Aside from Underground Puppeteers, Kent was also instrumental in the creation of the Anniversary Games: Dark Ages, Davis by Gaslight and The Night Chicago Ran Red.

Chracters

• Raj Dalas, Late Tremere Seneschal for the CogCV with a penchant and flare for pyrotechnic thaumaturgy, Mr. Dalas, a Native of Nepal in his living days, gained early fame as a medium and magician prior to being brought into the Tremere fold. Raj met final death as a scapegoat to cover up the indiscretions of Saturnina, the Tremere Primogen. (Underground Puppeteers)
• Moon, A Gangrel mongrel, Moon is a vampire without a memory of his past. Taken in and "raised" amongst wolves, Moon was found running through the woods by a pack of Garou, who mistook him for one of them due to his innocent nature. Thinking himself a wolf, Moon was eventually "domesticated" by the pack and brought before the Gangrel. Though none of the other Gangrel accepted him into the fold (he was little more than a mongrel to them) he eventually became the "pet" of the Brujah, Dana Anderson. (Underground Puppeteers)
• Dr. Gaylen Paris, A Ventrue "Dr. Jekyll", the late Dr. Paris sought the cure to vampirism, but his dreams became his obsession, and like the famous character, became his own undoing. (Underground Puppeteers)
• Nickodemas, A Nosferatu Elder and former Primogen, known for many things, particularly as a powerbroker for information CoGCV. He was seen to arrive at every Camarilla summit with his head wrapped completely in black linen and his body completely covered, not showing a single once of flesh. He would often sport a hood and trenchcoat for effect as well. (Underground Puppeteers)
• Lord Clive Darnton, A Tremere Elder and Justicar, Lord Darnton was sent to determine whether or not the Tremere in the city of Davis were abiding by the traditions, after rumors had been leaked regarding the actions of the Tremere Primogen, Saturnina. This coincidentally occurred shortly after the execution of the Seneschal and former the Primogen's former lieutenant, Raj Dalas. While the execution was sanctioned by the Primogen, it had nothing to do with Lord Darnton's investigation. All parties were eventually exhonerated of any wrongdoing. (Underground Puppeteers}
• Arthur Conan Doyle, Depicted as the writer of the famous Sherlock Holmes novels before the fame (and knighthood) came to him, Doyle had been invited to attend a formal hosted by the Prince of London. There he was bade to chronicle the events of the evening and received much information on intrigue that would later inspire his books. (Davis by Gaslight)
